Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026

These terms govern access to the SiteClinic platform. Where a signed master services agreement exists with an operator, that agreement prevails over these terms.

Accounts and access

Accounts are issued by your operator’s administrator and are personal. Credentials must not be shared. Access is revoked when a user leaves the site or the role changes.

Clinical responsibility

SiteClinic is a documentation and decision-support tool. Clinical pathways, medication guidance, alerts and generated summaries are aids only. The treating clinician remains responsible for all clinical decisions, for practising within their scope, and for the accuracy of the records they finalise.

Acceptable use

  • Do not access records for workers you are not clinically or operationally involved with.
  • Do not export or distribute clinical data outside your operator’s policies.
  • Do not attempt to bypass site isolation, role restrictions or audit logging.

Availability

We target high availability but the platform is provided without warranty of uninterrupted service. Operators must maintain a documented paper fallback for clinical care during any outage or loss of connectivity.

Data ownership

The operator owns all clinical, occupational and operational data entered into their environment and may export it at any time. We claim no ownership over it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the platform in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
