Company network access

Get Site Medic Pro reviewed by your IT team.

Some company networks restrict new or uncategorised websites. A block does not identify its cause on its own: your IT team can confirm whether it comes from website categorisation, local policy or a connection issue.

Website addresses

Primary website
https://sitemedicpro.tech
Additional hostname
www.sitemedicpro.tech

The public product pages do not require an account. Access to customer software requires sign-in and the appropriate company, site and role permissions. Approving network access does not grant access to customer records.

A clear access-review request

  1. 01

    Capture the block

Record the exact address, time, network and block reason. Share a screenshot with IT, excluding any private information.

  2. 02

    Identify the filter

Ask IT which product and category blocked the site. A new-domain restriction and a malware warning need different reviews.

  3. 03

    Request an approved review

IT can assess an exception or submit a category review. Keep company protections enabled; approval remains with your organisation.

Microsoft Defender organisation blocks

If Edge says “This content is blocked by your organisation”, ask IT to check web content filtering, custom URL/domain indicators and the affected device or group. That message alone does not mean Microsoft has classified the website as malicious, or confirm a new-domain restriction.

If IT confirms an incorrect Microsoft reputation warning instead, the website owner can use Microsoft’s reporting process. A reputation review does not override a company’s local policy.

Please identify the filtering product, blocked hostname, category and reason. If the site is classified as new or unrated, please assess a policy-approved exception or request a category review from the filter provider.

For Microsoft Defender's "This content is blocked by your organisation" screen, please inspect web content filtering and custom URL/domain indicators. The screen alone does not establish a malware verdict or a new-domain category. Please review the relevant policy and device/group scope before considering an approved exception.

Please retain our organization's security controls. Do not allow shared hosting IP addresses or broad wildcard domains. If sign-in or a feature is blocked separately, review the specific failed hostname after inspecting the request.

We can provide the block-page screenshot, exact URL, date/time and affected network. Screenshots must exclude passwords, access tokens, patient information and other private data.

Website opens, but sign-in or a feature does not?

Ask IT to inspect the specific failed request. Sign-in, file uploads and notifications can involve additional service addresses. Approve only the required hostnames after review—not broad wildcard domains or shared hosting addresses.

Category changes and local exceptions are controlled by the filter provider and your IT team; a website update cannot guarantee approval.
