Crew rostering beyond spreadsheets

Build daily and weekly crew coverage, assign a member to multiple roles, repeat assignments and copy weeks. Drag-and-drop assignment, shift swaps and fatigue flags support roster review. Qualification warnings help coordinators check crew readiness before publishing.

Qualifications and site availability

Keep multiple qualifications against each person, retain certificate evidence and track expiry dates. Site-specific qualification requirements and the skills matrix help supervisors review coverage. Members can update their own availability and leave.

Callouts and live muster responses

Issue emergency callouts and track Enroute, Standby or Not available responses, including ETA and reasons. Response updates feed the muster view and incident timeline. In-app and opt-in push notifications are supported; device permissions and delivery conditions apply. SMS is deferred, not a live offering.

Incident command and equipment readiness

Track responders, equipment, patients, communications and actions in Incident Command. Optional METHANE prompts support structured emergency information. Equipment registers, QR-linked checklists and fault records connect response planning with asset readiness.

Questions for your evaluation

Can ERT members access patient records?

An ERT assignment does not itself grant clinical access. Access follows the user's company, site and role permissions; non-clinical responders do not gain access to clinical notes simply by joining the team.

Does this replace emergency radio communications?

No. Callouts and response tracking support coordination; they do not replace your site's emergency communications, escalation procedures or fallback arrangements. Test notifications on the devices and networks your team actually uses.
