Site Medic Pro / Injury, claims and return-to-work management

A Solv Injury alternative for mine-site teams

Site Medic Pro provides an advisor case workflow with claims, medical certificates, costs, contact logs, follow-ups and return-to-work planning alongside the site's medical, safety and ERT tools. This is a connected site workflow, not a claim of equivalent insurer integrations or jurisdictional automation.

What Solv Injury describes

Solv focuses on Australian and New Zealand injury, claims, return-to-work and self-insurance workflows, including jurisdictional checks. Its injury management information describes confidential reporting, notifications and injury records.

What to evaluate in Site Medic Pro

Site Medic Pro provides an advisor case workflow with claims, medical certificates, costs, contact logs, follow-ups and return-to-work planning alongside the site's medical, safety and ERT tools. This is a connected site workflow, not a claim of equivalent insurer integrations or jurisdictional automation.

Company and site isolation keep customer records separate. Role permissions restrict clinical information; a safety advisor or ERT-only member does not gain clinical access through the shared platform.

Explore the relevant workflows

Use the same scenarios in both demos

  1. 01Track an injury through case stages, ownership and follow-up dates.
  2. 02Record a claim, certificate expiry, contact history and costs by payer.
  3. 03Review an RTW plan from the worker's own account and the authorised advisor view.
  4. 04Check statutory reporting, insurer submissions and self-insurance requirements explicitly; integrations are not assumed.

Important evaluation boundaries

This guide does not claim complete feature parity, faster performance, lower cost or independent compliance certification. Offline support covers selected workflows, not every module. Push notifications depend on device permissions and delivery conditions; SMS is deferred. Validate workload, backup and restore arrangements, integrations and legal requirements before production rollout.
