Clinical documentation on shift

Create patient care records with vital-sign trends, body maps, medication administrations, diagnostics and signatures. Finalisation locks the record; later clinical information is captured as an addendum rather than silently overwriting the original. Patient care records can be exported to PDF.

One person, connected workflows

A master person record links worker information with relevant clinical and occupational workflows. Search existing people before creating another record, retain documents and coordinate follow-ups, handovers and case ownership.

Occupational health and site readiness

Manage health surveillance, AOD testing, job demands, pre-employment medical workflows, fitness for duty and return-to-work cases. AOD results are restricted: authorised clinical users see results while managers receive Fit / Not Fit summaries.

Drug book and clinical review

The drug register records stock movements and counts, with distinct performer and witness signatures enforced for controlled-drug workflows. Clinical quality review supports peer feedback on finalised records. These controls support governance but do not constitute independent clinical or regulatory certification.

Questions for your evaluation

Can a safety advisor see clinical notes?

Not through a safety-only role. Clinical access is separately controlled; company or site access alone does not make private patient notes available to non-clinical roles.

Does every feature work offline?

No. Offline support currently includes a local draft and write-queue foundation for selected workflows, including patient care drafts, equipment checks and handover edits. Initial sign-in, uncached data and many other workflows require connectivity. Validate your specific shift workflow before relying on offline use.
